The Mindful Maple 

A salad that nourishes both body and mind. This seasonal favorite starts with massaged kale infused with garlic and fresh avocados, crispy baked quinoa, joined by shredded apples, crisp cucumbers, and zesty roasted butternut squash. We top it all off with pumpkin seeds, candied pecans, and shredded gouda cheese, then drizzle on our dreamy maple tahini dressing.

About Me

Hey! I’m Anis Hasson (LMSW), a Brooklyn mom of three boys and a pediatric therapist who believes healing comes in many forms, sometimes through conversation, and sometimes through food 💛.


I started cooking at 12, helping my grandmother, and it’s been my favorite way to de-stress ever since. Cooking lets me pour love, creativity, and calm into every dish, the same energy I bring to my work supporting children’s mental health. Watching people enjoy my food (especially my salads and dressings 🥗) feels like its own kind of therapy, full of joy, comfort, and connection in every bite.
